You will receive a Sit Up And Train training notebook, Monthly meal plan, and one on one training 2 days a week each month with one of our highly motivating personal trainers. A workout routine will be put together for you based on your goals that you will have access to even when you are not with your trainer. You will also have unlimited access to our group classes on the days you are not with your trainer.
